* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by rain andsnowmelt continues.* WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the followingcounty, Siskiyou.* WHEN...Until 400 AM PST Saturday.* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lyingand flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1240 PM PST, radar, satellite and rain gauge data indicateheavy rain and snowmelt in the warned area. Over the past 18hours, the snow level has risen to above 6000 feet, and heavyrains of up to several inches have fallen on top of two tothree feet of new snow.
