* WHAT...Moderate to heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulationsof 6 to 12 inches with locally higher amounts in the backcountryabove pass level.* WHERE...Bear River Range.* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 10 AM MST Wednesday.* IMPACTS...Roads will become slick and hazardous, and visibilitywill be poor at times. Travel could be very difficult, especiallyon Highway 36 over Emigration Summit. The hazardous conditionscould impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.
