Winds gusting as high as 35mph.* WHERE...Carbon and Monroe Counties.* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.* IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs maydown power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Travelcould be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact themorning commute.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates could exceed 1 inch per houracross the Pocono Plateau.
