Ponding of water in urban or other areas isoccurring or is imminent. Increasing water levels along streamsand creeks with enhanced runoff in the Park Fire burn scar.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 901 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gaugesindicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is already occurring inthe advisory area. Between 3 and 10 inches of rain havefallen.- Additional rainfall amounts up to 4 inches are expected overthe area.
