...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers inCalifornia...Russian River near Hopland affecting Mendocino County.Eel River at Fernbridge affecting Humboldt County....The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers inCalifornia...Navarro River at Navarro affecting Mendocino County....The Flood Warning for the Van Duzen River at Bridgeville has beencancelled......The Flood Warning for the Mad River at Arcata has beencancelled...For the Russian River...including Hopland...Minor flooding isforecast.For the Navarro River...including Navarro...Minor flooding isforecast.For the Eel River...including Fernbridge...Moderate flooding isforecast.* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Navarro River at Navarro.* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Flooding of Highway 128 approximately 5miles east of Highway 1 is certain and the road will be closed.Motorists should use alternate routes.At 30.0 feet, Water will flow over the south bank of the riverapproximately 1 mile east of Highway 1, and begins to floodproperty in this area including six homes. Expect closure ofHighway 128. Motorists should use alternate routes.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 8:15 AM PST Friday the stage was 22.3 feet.- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late thismorning to 28.6 feet this afternoon. It will then fall belowflood stage this evening to 9.2 feet late Sunday evening. Itwill rise to 9.5 feet Monday morning. It will then fall againand remain below flood stage.- Flood stage is 23.0 feet.- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of29.5 feet on 02/07/2015.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessiverainfall continues.* WHERE...Portions of northwest California, including the followingcounties, Lake and Mendocino.* WHEN...Until noon PST.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may becomeimpassable. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of waterin urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. There will bean increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 924 AM PST, Small rivers, streams and creeks will slowlyrecede today.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Ukiah, Fort Bragg, Willits, Lakeport, Point Arena, UkiahMunicipal Airport, Upper Lake, Laytonville, Albion,Middletown, Clearlake, Potter Valley, Witter Springs,Saratoga Springs, Philo, Knobcone Camp, Boonville, Hopland,North Lakeport and Finley.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
