Additional snow accumulations up to 3 inches.Total snow accumulation 12 to 18 inches on the ridgetops and 3 to6 inches in lower elevations.* WHERE...Sullivan County.* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.* IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs willdown power lines and cause power outages. Plan on very difficulttravel and slippery road conditions.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow damage has been reported with multipletrees and power lines down. Several roads are also closedincluding portions of SR-87 and PA-487.
