One a brisk day in January I met a friend along the Great Trail in Parc la fontaine in Montreal to enjoy the sunshine and take some photos. Out of the corner of my eye I spotted movement along an old tree and swiftly capture this image of a squirrel emerging from a hole. I can almost see myself reflected in her eye. I only had one chance as she scurried quickly up the tree a few seconds later. That shot is out of focus.
